THE RAREST MARCOS 600 LM

This is Marcos 600 LM (Fly E25) Mantara n°1. According to Triplex, a slot car specialist, this car is a model of the #1 Eurotech Marcos 600 Mantara Challenge car from 1998. It was the second limited edition car made exclusively for subscribers to the Spanish only Mini Autos Magazine. Only a few hundred of these cars were ever made and (like the E2 Dodge Viper Pace Car) they never went on general sale, which makes it the hardest of all the Marcos 600LMs liveries to find. It was sold 235 euros last november.

THE MOST EXPANSIVE !
This Triang Scalextric C70 Bugatti type 59, a vintage slot car from the 1960's sold 2000 Euros in December. It became the most expansive slot car ever sold in 2007, and probably the ten last years. According to Scalextric itself, this extremely rare Bugatti is the "Holy Grail" for slot cars collectors'. This car was driven in 1934 by Robert Benoist, during the French Grand Prix.

77 years old !
Look at this Incredible vintage Kit Built tin slot car. It's a 3-wheels Morgan from the 30's. It is very well preserved for a 77 years old slot car. It is probably the reason why it sold 282 E, only ? Who have more details about this car ?

ORANGE TELCOS WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SPONSOR THIS F1
This is a very precious vintage Scalextric Tyrrell P 34 F-1. This slot car model was manufactured in the 80ies by Exinmex, a subsidiary of Exin (Scalextric) in Mexico . This one is brand with Elf. It is not the most sought after, even if it sold 245 E on Internet. The rarest Tyrrell P 34 F-1 still manufactured bt EXIN is another orange one branded BANCO OCCIDENDAL (ref 4054).
